Learn how to embody the principles of Tai Chi in your daily life. This includes mindfulness, breath and posture awareness. It also involves active relaxation, balancing yin and yang, and slow, integrated core movement. During challenging times, practicing Tai Chi will help calm the mind, strengthen your body and nurture your spirit. Research shows Tai Chi improves balance, strength, mood, sleep, and reduces pain.
Three week workshop: Plan on attending all 3 weeks
Dates: Mondays: March 23, 30 and April 6
Time: 6 – 7:15 PM
Location: 1927 Keokuk Street. RSFIC is downstairs in the Gathering Space. *There is limited parking in front & back of the building. Overflow parking is available at Pepperwood Plaza Lot, where Crowded Closet is located. Parking at State Farm or the Liquor Store you risk at being Towed* more information below
